Box Jumps
Box jumps are great to way to improve your explosiveness off the block. Try to improve your box jumps by going higher.
Chin Ups
Chin ups can be a hard one to master, but they really target your upper body and back. You can change your grip and increase your rep count as you improve.
Rowing Machine
The rowing machine is great way to improve upper body strength and a swimmers throw and catch movement.
